But since each room have different evaporating temp, how do we sizing the compressor capacity?

Hi,
The compressor capacity must be able to handling total cooling load. Each room load should be calculated first, and to ensure the cooling load is match with the compressor capacity while operating at partial load, the compressor fitted with unloading control.
But in drawing above the design is not good enough, because when one of the compressor broken, the other compressor cannot handling all room. I drew that piping for my project follow the existing pipe layout. Actually the better design would be like this:
